Resources + recommendations

I love books and have come across so many wonderful teachers and amazing resources while on this journey. I am sharing my favorites not to get you diving into the rabbit hole of information but so you have it if and when you are ready and willing. Please do not hesitate to ask about any of them. I am working through the list adding short reviews and “why the book is valuable” bits.

At the bottom of the page, you will find “Tools and Favorite” links - including Himalayan Salt, dowsing rods, tuning fork, etc. I use all of these and would not recommend them unless I love them.

Space Clearing

“Sacred Spaces - Clearing And Enhancing The Energy” by Denise Linn. Denise is amazing. In this book she combines Feng Shui with her background in shamanic practices. She was my teacher for the professional clearing work. This book gives you great background if you want to get into this work but is not professional training. If she resonates, check out her many other books.

Crystals

“Crystal Enlightenment: The Transforming Properties of Crystals and Healing Stones” by Katrina Raphaell - this is a 4 book series written years ago but is way ahead of its time. It is a book series for anyone interested in the Crystal Healer path. Not a beginner book.

“The Book of Stones: Who They Are and What They Teach” by Robert Simmons. This is a crystal bible. It is a true encyclopedia but information is not factual and more channeled. I can attest that everything resonates as very true. He has more books and they are all fantastic, teaching techniques on grids, healing, mazes, and so much more. His focus lately has been on specialty ascension crystals.

“Crystals: How to tap into your infinite potential through the healing power of crystals” by Katie-Jane Wright. Katie-Jean is amazing. This is a beautiful book for beginners. Check her out on instagram - @andcrystals. She has courses and her work with crystals is heart-based. She is a beautiful channel of light language and consciousness of Earth and stones. She may be one of my favorite souls to follow.

Healing Work

“Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field” by Barbara Brennan - The ultimate guide for energy healers. If you are drawn to energy and healing - this is the book to start with! It’s dense though…not a fun read.

“Sacred Sounds: Magic & Healing Through Words & Music” by Ted Andrews - Ted has written many books on Shamanism and working with the Earth, he also has a book on general Energy Healing if that resonates more. Beautiful writer.

”Aromatherapy and Chakras” by Salvatore Battaglia - If essential oils are calling you this book and the one below are my go tos. No fluff!!!!

“The Fragrant Mind: Aromatherapy for Personality, Mind, Mood and Emotion” by Valerie Ann Worwood

“The Subtle Body Practice Manual: A Comprehensive Guide to Energy Healing” by Cindi Dale - A great reference book for any energy healer.

“Intuitive Self-Healing: Achieve Balance and Wellness Through the Body's Energy Centers” by Marie Manuchehri - Marie is a friend of a good friend. This book is amaaaazing for beginners diving into healing modalities.

“Tuning the Human Biofield: Healing with Vibrational Sound Therapy” by Eileen Day McKusick - You guessed it…all about tuning forks and sound healing. A bible for this work.

“You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay - Louise Hay links all diseases to a dis-ease on emotional/mental level. This book is a great one to start your journey into self-healing and understanding the connection of all bodies.

The Mindbody Prescription by Dr. John Sarno - This book is all about healing the body through healing some of the emotional pain. My husband was recommended it by our Chiropractor and it changed his life. Took away his back pain. MRI suggested he should have surgery. This book showed him the ROOT CAUSE of the back pain and he was able to heal it with his mind.

Divine Feminine

“The Sophia Code: A Living Transmission from The Sophia Dragon Tribe” by Kaia Ra - A channeled transmission from the Sophia Dragon tribe. A book of initiation for many of the Divine Feminine Archetypes you know and love - Isis, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, Green Tara. Gorgeous book!

Mary Magdalene Revealed: The First Apostle, Her Feminist Gospel & the Christianity We Haven't Tried Yet” by Meggan Patterson - Meggan’s story of connection and healing with Mary Magdalene.

“The Magdalen Manuscript: The Alchemies of Horus & the Sex Magic of Isis” by Tom Kenyon - Some powerful truths revealed.

“Tara: The Liberating Power of the Female Buddha” by Rachel Wooten - You might it a little dense unless you are feeling very much called to work with Green Tara. Gorgeous book from a true expert on Green Tara consciousness.

Whitney Freya - 22 Day Tara Painting Meditation Course - Whitney is a gem. She is a creative coach. In this 22 day course you paint different emanations of Tara. Each day includes mantra, meditations, guided painting practice. It’s awesome!

General Spirituality

“Oneness” by Rasha - Probably my top 5 favorite spirituality books. If not #1. It is channeled and it is BEAUTIFUL!

“Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender” by David R. Hawkins - Oh how much I love this book. I feel like it is a beautiful gift to anyone working towards freedom from mind’s control. Dr. Hawkins lays it out just so so well. It is smart, systematic, yet has some Heart.

“The Surrender Experiment: My Journey into Life's Perfection” by Michael A. Singer - Looking for an example of someone living a beautiful balance of surrender and action - Michael is your guy! His life story is truly incredible. A fantastic read, I enjoyed it on audibles with him telling it. Wow!!!

“The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself” by Michael A. Singer - All of his books are fantastic. This one you will see on most spiritual seeker’s bookshelves.

“Letters to a Starseed: Messages and Activations for Remembering Who You Are and Why You Came Here” by Rebecca Campbell - Rebecca Campbell is a beautiful feminine spirituality teacher. Her oracle decks and books are gorgeous.

“Bringers of the Dawn” by Barbara Marciniak - Channeled Pleidian text for these times. The vibration of audio version is incredible. Tuned me into Pleidians. I relistened to it 3 times.

“Anatomy of the Spirit” by Caroline Myss

“The Seat of the Soul” by Gary Zukav

“The Universe Has Your Back” by Gabby Bernstein

Anything by Paul Selig - I WOULD RECOMMEND FOLLOWING PAUL ON INSTAGRAM AND CHECKING HIS SITE OUT. Paul is probably my favorite channel. Ever. Period. The guides he channels are very high level but very activating. He holds monthly live online incentives and has many many many books which are transcriptions of those live sessions. HIs guides dictate books through him during those live sessions. More masculine energy but like a slap on the head a lot of the times.

Energy / Quantum Physics / Resonance

“The Resonance Effect: How Frequency Specific Microcurrent Is Changing Medicine” by Caroline McMakin

“The Intention Experiment: Using Your Thoughts to Change Your Life and the World” by Lynne McTaggart

“The Power of Eight” by Lynne McTaggard

“The Hidden Messages in Water” by Maseru Emoto

Anything by Joe Dispenza, his work is the more science-based gateway into metaphysical world for many seekers.

“Power vs Force” by Dr. David Hawkins

Law of Attraction / Abundance

“Money, and the Law of Attraction” by Ester Hicks

“Secrets of the Millionaire Mind” by T. Harv Eker - abundance mindset work, my go to for anyone struggling with lack mentality and in need of expanding their mind when it comes to what’s financially possible for them.

“A Happy Pocket Full of Money, Expanded Study Edition: Infinite Wealth and Abundance in the Here and Now” by David Cameron Gikandi

“Wishcraft: How to Get What You Really Want” by Barbara Sher

“Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires” by Esther Hicks

Tarot and Oracle Cards

“Gateway of Light Activation Oracle: A 44-Card Deck and Guidebook” by Kyle Gray - I would 100% recommend this one for the images AND for Kyle’s interpretations. Kyle is a renown angel channeler and has many other decks. This one is just extra special.

“The Starseed Oracle: A 53-Card Deck and Guidebook” by Rebecca Campbell, art by Danielle Noelle. Rebecca Campbell is truly a beautiful soul and an amazing teacher. Follow her on instagram or her website. She has several decks, this one resonates the most with me. I love it. I try not to read the explanations and focus on images as a start of dialog with spirit.

“White Light Oracle: Enter the Luminous Heart of the Sacred” by Alana Fairchild. The art in this is beautiful. The guidance can feel a little too high level but the practices provided are spot on! Beautiful deck, probably not the one I would recommend to start with.

Anything and everything by Danielle Noel , her Ocean Dreams deck is magical, and her Moonchild Tarot deck is the only tarot deck I use. Her work is linked to Egypt, Atlantis, and Lemuria. Her art is gorgeous! You may start having some memories of past lives in these places return when looking at her art.

“Modern Tarot: Connecting with Your Higher Self through the Wisdom of the Cards” by Michelle Tea - I own a couple tarot books/manuals but nothing ever really stuck with me. If tarot is calling you, I recommend taking a workshop and then developing your own system/code. That being said, I did enjoy Michelle’s way of telling a personal story about each card. The denser manuals were just too much for me. As I mention in class, I preferred to learn slowly as new cards were showing up for me.

Tools + Favorite Things

Essential Oils - I use both Plant Therapy and Young Living. Young living, as you may know, is an MLM company, when you become a member you get the discounted price. Their oils are of very high quality. That being said, I really do feel Plant Therapy is just as good. I have both of each oil and have compared them in smell and color and potency and connected to each individually. I will say Frankincense by YL is better but in all others, you can’t tell the difference. Plant Therapy is much more affordable!!!! If you are starting out I would recommend getting frankincense, bergamot (or lemon), lavender, cedarwood, vetiver in this order of importance. Get the smallest size and certified organic if you can (it’s usually only $1-2 more). I am going to do a whole thing on Oils one of these days. You can find book resources above, but I learnt directly from plants. I recommend that.

Ceremonial Cacao - I have two favorite companies. One is Ora Cacao (their rose one is incredible) and Cacao Laboratory (I recommend getting the elemental pack and trying them all).

Spirit Hunter 99.9% Copper Dowsing Rod - You will be seeing a video demo of these. I use these in my workshops to demonstrate the power of the Heart.

528 hz Tuning Fork by Omnivos - I use this both in my healings and space clearing. A magical frequency and good instrument.

Shungite Stickers for Cellphone/Laptop - EMF lowering stickers. Can’t say they are 100% protection but every bit helps.

Shungite & Soapstone Harmonizer Set - If you are sensitive to energy this might be too much. You hold one in each hand and meditate with them. Oh boy…You feel energy running through you like a current.

HIMALAYAN SALT BLOCK FOR Crystal Cleansing - I use this as a pedestal for mild cleansing of tired stones. It’s beautiful to look at, good for the air in the room, and draws out negativity out of the stones.

Himalayan Salt Rocks 10lbs for Bath and Protection - This lasts forever. I keep in a giant bowl in the bathroom and use in baths. Makes beautiful gifts - just put in little pouches with some dry flowers. Can also be used in corners of a room, around the perimeter of the bed when having bad dreams, and for carrying in a pocket for protection.

Koshi Chime Set Earth/Fire/Water/Air - Beautiful tools for balancing the elements within and in a home. They sound like angels singing.

Himalayan Salt Lamp - Adds negative ions and beautiful atmosphere.

Selenite Lamp - I have one on my desk and love it. Selenite is one of my favorite crystals and it looks not from this World.

Branch Basics Cleaning Supplies - Their concentrate is fantastic, you mix it in different proportions with water for laundry detergent or countertop cleaner. Add lemon essential oil and make window cleaner. The cleaners product I have come across. If you are looking to go low tax - this is it! I used to use the Thieves Concentrate by Young Living but switched to Branch Basics. Their glass spray bottles are really cute.

Skincare - I am a skincare junkie. when I say I have tried 90% of clean brands at Sephora, Instagram brands, Whole Foods, etc. I am not exaggerating. Everyone’s skin is different but I have recommended both these brands to so many people and everyone loves them. Earth Harbor is my #1. Select products are available from Whole Foods. I recommend buying from their website directly. Their story is incredible and they care. A company with so much grit, integrity, and heart…I am sold. Helps that their are products are insanely effective and just gorgeous (and affordable especially with discounts and offers which is when I stock up). My favorites are - Mermaid Milk and Siren Silk (richer) for moisturizers. Nymph Nectar for oily moisture at night (nightly massage). Nebula serum for clear skin. Celestine for hydration serum. I have tried most of them, so please ask if you have any questions. Living Libations Seabuckthorn Oil for cleansing and facial massage is what forever changed my skin. Living Libations is a Canadian company and they are probably THE most trusted clean beauty company out there. They have been around forever. Have amazing dental care products and just QUALITY everything. If you are new to oil cleansing, facial massage, gun she, etc….Danna at Not Skincare has all the deets. Watch her instagram reels about Seabuckthorn. You can get it on Amazon for same price and same day shipping. I recommend getting the 50ml bottle and getting through it before you judge. Do it as Danna teaches.
