Grounding Practice

In these crazy changing times with a lot of solar activity and our physical templates getting upgrades and activations, grounding needs to be an essential part of our daily practice. Think of your body as an electrical outlet that requires a "grounding" wire for safety that is connected to Earth.

When we are not grounded, we can experience physical symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, a feeling of floating, difficulty concentrating, a mind that is out of focus and busy, feeling overstimulated (like you had too much coffee), daydreaming, and just not in your body.

What can help: being in nature, walking barefoot on the Earth, eating root vegetables, miso and shiitake broth, using grounding essential oils like vetiver/cedarwood/eucalyptus, black tourmaline and hematite crystals, teas with ginger, licorice root, sage, cinnamon.

My favorite and quickest way to ground your energy is through this easy exercise.
