Week 5
There is no clear theme or title for this week. We continue to work through resistance that comes up. We continue to grow in awareness. We focus our attention and intention on what we are feeding into the loop of energy that circulates in our relationships.
Please remember that...
...at times, relationships can feel like a yoyo or a pendulum.
...we all have good days and no so good ones.
...sometimes growth feels like two steps forward and one back. And that's normal!
...at any moment, we can choose to go up the spiral towards expansion or allow contraction to pull us down.
And most important that you are both shifting and rising. Your mind might judge the pace, but hold yourself and your partner lightly and gently.
