Week 4
It is beautiful to watch so much rise to the surface, come to light to be shifted/transmuted/healed. Our triggers may become more apparent. But you now have greater awareness and tools to work through them. It is wonderful to see you practicing speaking your truth, feelings and needs in a conscious and compassionate way. As your awareness/intention/attunement to your own and your partner's energy rises, I see your ability to consciously shift it and work with your collective energy grow exponentially.
This week, I invite you to focus on your commitment to the relationship and troubleshoot the connection even further. It's not about committing to stay in the relationship but rather how you choose to show up in it in every present moment and what our vision for it may be.
One of the exercises is about discussing a shared dream for the future. When we engage in sharing our vision and Heart’s true desires, it puts us in a different vibration. It opens us more to receiving, to creating a future together. Release any expectations. It may be hard for them to dream. If it’s hard, invite them to write a list together of 100 things you would like to do, experience, places to visit, foods to try, etc. Please don’t get caught up in the drama your or their mind might create e.g., that’s not attainable for us, why are we even doing this. My guides say, “You have to dream. Dream bigger. Your dreams are the blueprint the Universe needs to rearrange the blocks so you can experience all you desire.” When we dream with our partners, the blueprint turns into a full-color rendering and manifests more quicker.

Dream Meditation
In this channeled experience my guides teach us about the magnetic properties of the Heart. It is a beautiful meditation practice to get in the Heart, play with its energy waves, and dream. You will hear them mention the need to quiet the mind. They wanted me to share two ways of doing that. One is to notice intrusive thoughts, thank the mind, and shift into the Heart. Another is a tool channeled by my friend Courtney Beck, and it involves using a mantra - "SHAHA" to command the ego to quiet down. It is especially useful before and during a meditation. Give it a try when your mind begins to wander.
The affirmation that you will hear in the recording is:
"The highest timeline is always available to me."
It’s a beautiful one to use for both relationships and life in general.
"My Heart's dreams are mine to have if I so desire." Is another affirmation used in the recording. I invite you to consider adding both of these to your master affirmations list.
