Ever since first stepping foot on this beautiful Heart-Powered island, I knew I would come back and bring women there to experience deep healing and return to their own Hearts. When I close my eyes, I can still feel the immense wave of self-love I experienced there. I have never in all of my travels felt so held by the land and the people. When I connected to the energy and consciousness of the island, she revealed herself to me as a beautiful blue rose. She is wise, compassionate, and nurturing. She holds a loving motherly energy connected to Mother Mary, Parvathi, and Green Tara's expansive compassion.
INTENTION BEHIND THE RETREAT
My intention with this retreat is to take you on a "Journey into the Heart" - your Heart but also the Heart of Sri Lanka. This is your time for deep release, surrender, and return to your Self. Whether you are coming for sisterhood, healing through ayurvedic treatments, slow nourishing meals, meditation, yoga, or hiking to some of the most beautiful sacred sites in the world, you will find it here.
You will also have plenty of free time for exploring these gorgeous properties, a bike ride around the farm, lounging by the pool/on the beach, and taking that nap you have been dreaming of.
The Journey
Our time on the island will be split between a beautiful beach oasis and a lush center of the island retreat. We begin our journey with the opening ceremony on the Full Moon in Virgo, surrounded and held by the mountains and the jungle. We end with a closing ceremony on the auspicious February 29th, bathed by the Indian Ocean waters. You will leave feeling reborn in mind, body, and soul.
As with all of my work, I will weave Heart teachings, mindfulness, sacred ritual, energy healing, and group circle time to allow for the healing to take place with much spaciousness and love. My hope is that you take this time to allow yourself to fully let go, be taken care of, and receive.

Can you provide more details about the accommodations?
We will be staying at 3 different hotels (a beach hotel not far from the airport, an ayurvedic center with small bungalows for 3 nights, and a shared retreat beach house for the final 3 nights). All properties rank from 3-5 stars, comfortable, clean, with friendly and caring staff.
What about food?
All food is included in the cost of the retreat. Ayurvedic Center is strictly vegan/vegetarian. All other places have a variety of options available. You will be blown away by the food!
What about extra things like excursions, classes, Ayurvedic treatments, etc?
All excursions are included. Ayurvedic treatments are available at all of the locations. You can expect to pay $30-60 per treatment. Tips to our guide and staff are greatly appreciated. More details about this to come.
Can I book 1:1 time with you?
Yes! I will be available for any energy healing, intuitive guidance, mentoring/coaching during this trip outside of the group ceremony, circles, and activities.
Is Sri Lanka safe?
Yes. You will feel safe and taken care of at all time. We will have the same guide/driver with us from start to finish! It is not necessary, but it allows us all to relax a little more fully.
