Power Up Meditation

I love this meditation for powering up your intuitive abilities. It is also known as running energy practice. Make sure to notice how you feel after. It might be a good idea to take notes on how you feel and any intuitive pings that come in afterwards.

Please allow for 10 minutes in a quiet place. I love to practice it outside whenever possible. Sit comfortably on a chair with your back straight and hands resting on your legs or over your heart space.
